Gekko People: Spotlight on... Georgia Juett
Georgia Juett joins the Gekko team from the exciting world of burlesque, where she has built up a formidable reputation as one of the top artist managers in the field. Georgia’s interest in burlesque began six years ago as an audience member when the burlesque revival was just beginning, and she was immediately drawn to its aesthetic beauties and versatility. “There is so much more to burlesque than just stripping,” says Georgia. “A good burlesque performance can incorporate narrative, creative and beautiful costumes, elements of circus and dance – its charm lies in being sexy without being tacky”. We are delighted that Georgia has chosen to bring her passion for burlesque and her bulging contacts book to us at Gekko.
